Schutzkonzept / Protective Concept
A COVID-19 Schutzkonzept (COVID-19 protection concept) is a requirement for all events taking place on the ice requirement.
As part of that requirement, all participants (players, officials, spectators, committee & staff) must conform to these rules, regardless of personal opinion.
Ahead of the tournament they have been distributed to all team captains, requesting them to pass them on to all members of their touring party.
In summary, you will have to wear a mask when entering any of the tents and leave your mask on. You can remove the mask to eat and drink inside the catering tent, but YOU MUST BE SEATED!!
These basic rules apply in your hotels and when traveling on public transport. The mask does NOT have to be a FFP2 mask.
The rules are due to be amended on the first day of the tournament and the expectation is that they will be relaxed. If that is the case all will be informed at the time.
